Cradled by a variety of influences from the four corners of the world, this house will welcome you in a cosy atmosphere for your vacations.

You'll enter a living room that's an invitation to travel, with its furnishings, decor and the many books available to you during your stay. The kitchen adjoins the living room, opening onto a modern, convivial dining room.

Upstairs, there's a filleted TV area (adventurers beware!), then two double bedrooms (a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a second bedroom with a 140x190 bed).
Each bedroom in this house has its own bathroom.
On the second floor, on the landing, there's an office space under a window to take advantage of the light and the view over the garden.
There are also two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed (which can be split into two single beds if required), and a children's bedroom with two single beds.

The house is already prepared: all you have to do is enjoy your stay from the very first minute!
Beds will be made, towels put away, basic kitchen items will be available (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee and tea and household products).

The GARDEN: A wooden terrace will welcome your lunches and deckchairs can be placed in the corner of the garden that best invites you to relax. The garden is fully enclosed.

There's even wifi at the end of the world! Perfect for getting away from it all without losing your bearings! Telecommuting possible!

Surroundings: The house is located 5km from the Vougot beach and 9km from the town of Plouguerneau. What about discovering Plouguerneau and the surrounding area by bike, or taking a kayak trip? We can make the reservation for you.

You'll be greeted by Ty-Anne Conciergerie, a professional rental agency offering personalized, made-to-measure services to make your vacation idyllic! Brittany is a dream destination, so the quality of our services will be just that!

We will contact you to organize your vacation with you. We can advise you on activities and restaurants. Don't hesitate to ask for our advice! Would you like to discover the local sights? Find an unusual activity, eat seafood on the evening of your arrival!

Our aim: to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay! That you'll never want to leave!

You'll have noticed that a cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This includes maintenance and disinfection, but not a complete clean. This means that you'll be asked to clean the house daily, as well as manage your own garbage. If you do not wish to maintain the house during your stay, it is entirely possible for you to ask us for an additional cleaning service which will be invoiced to you (30€/h). We understand if you don't want to take care of these things during your vacation. Please let us know so that we can arrange to meet your needs.
