Welcome to this magnificent house, nestled in a green setting, which tastefully combines old and new. A very spacious house, it will welcome you with friends or family. There's room for everyone, with two living areas, a kitchen and two sleeping areas (one on the first floor).
Just a stone's throw from the pretty chapel of Brendaouez, which regularly hosts artistic and cultural activities, and just 5kms from the great white sandy beach of Le Vougot; you'll be in the peace and quiet, yet with everything close at hand.

Layout:
You enter through a hallway that leads to the first sleeping area, with two suites (double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and bathrooms). You then arrive in a large living room, with a dining table for up to 10 guests, and a comfortable sitting area.
The kitchen is well equipped, just like at home, for gourmet cooking. Tea or coffee? Two coffeemakers await you: one filter, the other Nespresso. And let's not forget the kettle and teapot.
Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan mezzanine area with table soccer and a relaxation area. Then the hallway leads to two bedrooms: a double and a room with three single beds (which can be combined into a double on request). A bathroom is located upstairs.
In the garage, sports enthusiasts will find a ping pong table.

GARDEN:
Access to the house is via a path that leads to a large inner courtyard.
A pretty wooden terrace on the garden side, with its zen-like layout, welcomes your lunches and moments of relaxation, in harmony with nature.
A jacuzzi area has been laid out in front of the house.

LOCATION:
The house is located in a charming green setting in the countryside, a stone's throw from the Brendaouez chapel.
The nearest beach is the Vougot beach in Plouguerneau. It's 5km away. It's a large, white-sand beach with a reputation for being a pleasant place to walk along. After 8 p.m., you can even go horseback riding!

Beforehand, we'll contact you to help you organize your vacation. We can advise you on all kinds of activities and places to go out (restaurants, cafés, etc.). Would you like to discover the local sights? Find unusual activities, taste seafood! Don't hesitate to ask us for advice!

NB: For your information, a cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This includes cleaning and disinfecting the house at the end of your stay. However, you will be asked to clean the house and dispose of your garbage on a daily basis. If this is not the case, we can offer you a complete cleaning service at a cost of €30/hour. Please let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements to meet your needs.
