About us

Here, peace and quiet are the order of the day. Discover Kernilis and its heritage. A little further down the Aber Wrac'h, you'll come across the ancient Château de Carman and the Moulin-neuf, two of the most magical spots in the Kernilis countryside. Stop for a moment in this verdant setting and let yourself be lulled by the ceaseless sound of the river, the only witness to the passing of time.

Why choose this tour over any other?
1) After the effort, the comfort! Stop off at the "Fournil Celte" for a freshly baked pastry or one of their pizzas (on Sundays).
2) The option of branching off onto the Aber Wrac'h circuit (fuschia markers) to reach the mill valley and stroll through the undergrowth or along the banks of the Aber.
3) Because you're already familiar with the 14 other Côte des Légendes hiking trails?

Step 1/1:

The emblem of Kernilis is undoubtedly its yew tree, planted in the parish grounds over 400 years ago. Today, it is still full of vitality and is the pride of the commune! It is said to be the most beautiful in Finistère.
