About us

While Aber Wrac'h is famous for its estuary and harbour, upstream you'll find a charming, peaceful river nestling in a deep, forested valley. Whether on foot or by mountain bike, this hike is sure to please the most energetic of sports enthusiasts! You'll need good legs to tackle the undulating slopes and hairpin bends.
My advice: an ideal early-morning outing, to enjoy the freshness and magical atmosphere of the mist-bathed banks.

Why choose this hike over any other?
1) Out of season, to enjoy the view over the valley before the trees are covered in dense foliage. 2) Because in spring, I can't resist the charm of the undergrowth, which is covered in a colorful carpet of primroses, daffodils and wild hyacinths.
3) For lovers of mountain biking, the town's star attraction, who want to take on the trails that have made the Cyclo-cross du Mingant such an international success.

Hydrangeas are everywhere in Lanarvily. A short detour to the site of the village hall will allow you to discover one of the 7 "Terres d'hortensias" gardens, featuring a wide range of varieties.
