Saint-Frégant
The flavour loop
Ideal in fine weather, this 8.5 km loop hike with virtually no ascent is highly recommended for a cool, green jog. With a return to the starting point, even if you're feeling a little tired, the idea of completing this loop has us seriously looking forward to it!
Plounéour-Brignogan-Plages
The coastal circuit
This 8 km circuit on mixed terrain is ideal for diversifying your running and why not try your hand at trail running.
The first few kilometers along the coast are breathtaking, giving you the chance to try out sand running for a few meters here and there. An added bonus: the coastal scenery changes with the tides. All the more reason to make it your training ground!
Along the way, you'll pass a number of precious Côte des Légendes heritage sites, such as Beg ar Groaz, a cross that almost looks as if it's carved out of the rocks, or the Dievet dolmen lost in the middle of a cornfield.
With such a varied circuit, our gaze remains focused on the beauty of the shoreline and countryside, rather than on the air we'd otherwise miss!
Trégarantec
The War dro an Dour tour
This 6.5 km trail is flat and ideal for getting into nature running. Starting from the church, it leads quickly to the Kermorin pond and then on to the arboretum. Signposted in pink, it allows you to follow a leisurely circuit without having to search for your way along the way.
Lesneven racecourse
Fractionated
And if you're looking to increase the mileage or pace of your jogging sessions, why not do a few split sessions?
The Lesneven racecourse, with its flat one-kilometre loop, lends itself perfectly to this practice.
Trail training
In addition to our three hikes, which can become ideal jogging loops, the Côte des Légendes offers six trail circuits.
From the easiest to the most challenging, they are all by the sea and pass through natural areas.
Bonus: 2 circuits are suitable for swim-runners!
